Experiential & Event Tech

Real-time tech that turns audiences into players.

Experiential & Event Tech

We build the interactive layer of live moments — trade-show stands, corporate events, launches and activations — where reliability under pressure matters as much as the wow. Multiplayer games, live quizzes, second-screen, photobooths and on-site installations, engineered to run flawlessly in front of a crowd.

It’s the kind of work we take on for marketing teams and brand activation agencies producing for the likes of HP, L’Oréal, Roborock, Forvia, Vinci and MyBIAT — where a booth has to earn its floor space. Because our art and engineering teams sit under one roof, the audience engagement technology that wows a crowd also handles lead capture at events and reports back, turning interactive installations into measurable event ROI rather than a line on the budget.

Frequently asked

What is experiential event technology, and how is it different from a regular AV setup?
Experiential event technology is the interactive layer of a live moment: the part the audience plays with rather than just watches. Where a traditional AV setup broadcasts content one way, interactive event experiences turn spectators into participants through multiplayer games, live quizzes, second-screen voting or on-site installations. The aim is engagement that is both measurable and memorable, engineered to run reliably in front of a crowd.
Do you build live quiz and game-show platforms for trade shows and corporate events?
Yes. We build real-time multiplayer game shows and live quiz platforms where a host drives the room and the audience plays from their phones onto a big screen. As an event technology agency, we have delivered interactive activations at major events, including stands for HP and L’Oréal at VivaTech, as well as work for Roborock, Forvia, Vinci and MyBIAT. Mechanics, branding and difficulty are tailored to the audience and the venue rather than pulled from a fixed template.
How do you ensure reliability when an interactive experience has to run live in front of a crowd?
Reliability at live events comes from preparation, not luck. We load-test for the expected number of simultaneous players, plan around unreliable venue Wi-Fi, and build fallbacks so that a single dropped connection never stops the show. Our team handles the on-site setup and stays present for live support, so issues are caught and fixed before the audience ever notices.
Can you integrate an AI photobooth or a second-screen experience into our existing booth or stage?
Yes. We design AI photobooths (face swap, generative portraits, branded outputs) alongside second-screen experiences that sync attendees’ phones to the main stage for voting, reactions or gameplay. These slot into an existing stand, kiosk or stage rather than requiring a dedicated space. We adapt the hardware, the branding and the capture-to-share flow to the constraints of your venue.
How long does a gamified brand activation take to build, and what do you need from us to start?
It depends on scope: a configurable live quiz can be ready in a few weeks, while a bespoke multiplayer installation or a custom AI photobooth takes longer. To start, we need your event date and venue, the audience size and profile, your goal for the activation, and any brand assets or guidelines. From there we scope the experience and lock a timeline that protects rehearsal and on-site testing before the doors open.
